Ordering:
Once your wholesale status has been confirmed, Blue Willow will send you a unique coupon code to use when ordering. When you place your orders through our online web store, you will have a chance to enter the coupon code at checkout, and the wholesale discount will be applied then. We also gladly accept phone orders. Please contact us if you would prefer to mail in your order.
In order to qualify for wholesale pricing, we require a $150 minimum purchase, not including shipping costs. The wholesale pricing will not be applied to orders less than $150.

Wholesale prices are available for businesses with a store (online or brick and mortar), as well as contractors, architects, interior designers, etc. We do not allow our products to be sold through third party sites such as ebay, Etsy, or flea market style environments.
We request that our products are sold at a reasonable retail markup in line with Blue Willow’s retail prices. The suggested retail price (SRP) is double the wholesale price. Please keep prices at least around the SRP as to not undercut Blue Willow or other retailers. We reserve the right to revoke wholesale status for retailers selling near or at the wholesale price.
We will include a number of business cards with your order. We request that you provide your customers with one of our business cards with all purchases of Blue Willow items. Replacement business cards may be requested at any time.

Change Orders & Cancellations:
Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to accommodate change orders or cancellations, though there is no guarantee. In general, if we have not yet started creating your order, we will happily change the order to your specifications, or cancel it with a full refund. If production has commenced, it may be possible to change or cancel the order, however, a fee between 25% and 50% will be assessed, depending on the percentage of the project already completed. If your tiles have been glazed, changes or cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Please contact us as soon as possible to determine whether a change order or cancellation is possible.
Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to accommodate change orders or cancellations, though there is no guarantee. US orders will usually ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, and will generally arrive within 2-5 business days of shipping. Expedited shipping may be available for in stock items. Please contact us for special shipping arrangements.

If an item was damaged during transit or is in some way incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the package to work out a replacement or a refund. No return will be accepted without prior approval.
Due to the handmade nature of our tiles, there will be variations in the color, size and shape of the tiles. These variations do not constitute defects and are not a reason for return. Since glaze colors may look different online and in person, we suggest ordering sample glaze tiles before placing your final order. Once your order has been glazed, it cannot be changed.
