Shipping
When will my order arrive?
All in stock tiles will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Small orders (<5 tiles) of made-to-order items will ship within 4 to 6 weeks of purchase. Larger or custom orders may take longer to complete. Please contact us for an estimate on your project.
For US purchases, your order will usually ship via USPS Priority mail, and arrive within 2-3 business days of shipping. Larger orders will ship via UPS or FedEx, and will arrive typically within 2-5 business days. For international purchases, your order will usually ship via USPS First Class International, and shipping times will vary. |
Can I expedite shipping?
If you require rush or expedited shipping, please call us at 267-420-0720 with your order. At any given time, we have a few of our items in stock, including our Alphabet Tiles and our Number Tiles. Usually, our in stock items can be shipped next day for an added fee. Due to the nature of the ceramic tile making process, it is difficult to expedite our made-to-order items.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, we cannot accept returns except in the approved case of damage or defect. Our products are inspected before they are shipped. If an item was damaged during transit or is in some way incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the package to work out a replacement or a refund. No return will be accepted without prior approval.
Due to the handmade nature of our tiles, there will be variations in the color, size and shape of the tiles. These variations do not constitute defects and are not a reason for return. Since glaze colors may look different online and in person, we suggest ordering sample glaze tiles before placing your final order. Once your order has been glazed, it cannot be changed |
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order, and in some cases we may be able to accommodate your request. In general, if we have not yet started production, we can issue a full refund for cancellations. If production has started, but we have not yet fired and glazed your tiles, we will be able to cancel the order and issue a partial refund (50% to 75%), depending on how much of the order has been completed. We cannot offer any cancellations or refunds after the tiles have been fired and glazed.

Can I make changes to my order?
As with cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible with your change order request. If production has not started, changes to the order can be easily accommodated. If production has begun, it may be possible to make changes on a case by case basis, depending on the nature of the change requested and how much of the order has been completed. Once the tiles have been fired and glazed, we cannot accept changes to the order.
